im having major blood clotting

I have no health insurance, im only 16 and need your advice!!!

my period came a week early and im having a lot of blood clots…is this a sign of previous pregnancy…it a major possibiliy I could of been pregnant.

im scared to talk to my mom about this because I know she would be upset

girl no this is all apart of life it’s naturally to have blood clott now I’ll tell you if your pergnant when you start seeing lil dotts of blood in spot not all clumb together okay I hope I help and if you ever need any more of my advice am always here for you funmail me…

It’s normal to have blood clots but if they get to be the size of “golf balls” (as my gynecologist put it) then you need to go to the doctor.

Again, you mentioned you’re on BC. It could be causing all kinds of different things in your body right now. Your body has to adjust to the change of your pill being in your system. Mine took a good 6 months to finally start working correctly…I bled very heavy for 3 weeks at a time, and my doctor said it was my body’s way of straightening out. And as colethky said, if the clots get the size of ‘golf balls’ then you should seek medical attention!
