Im depressed from my damaged hair.

My hair is so dry maybe its from high light s im so depressed of it please help me to make it healthy & shiny without any chimicals Thnx

I heard egg white work good also olive oil. I havent tried it yet so if you do let me know.

buy a deep conditioner specialized for coloured hair. Go to a beauty supply store near your area and ask for the best one. I use aveena deep conditioner once a week, its very good. Also, leave your hair in its natural state for a while (stay away from heating). This will help your hair grow without creating more split ends. If you must use heat, buy a heat protecting spray and this will allow you to style it without much more damage.

to give it shine, mayonnaise always works. massage it in your hair and leave it on for as long as you can (I know it kind of smells, but it works) and rinse it out in cold water. make sure its cold water beacuse if its hot then its hard to get the mayo out. and beer apparently makes hair shiny too. I heard you just put it in while in the shower then rinse it right out, and it doesnt even make your hair smell like beer like you’d think it would.

Lots of TLC! I have naturally dry hair and I color treat it as well. Just make sure you are useing a very good shampoo and conditioner. Also, you should use a deep conditioning treatment and a leave-in treatment. I love love love Paul Mitchell Products!! Super Skinny is my favorite! Good Luck!
