actually yours breasts dont sto growing till they reach their full size when youre about 24. and yeh, every girl has a different growing rate, me and a girl I new in 5th grade got our boobs early. dont make her feel bad, thats how she can have low self-esteem, shes your friend right? so make her feel good about herself if her not having breats is an issue

Everyone starts puburty differently, your earlier. and she’s later. No worries. :) I went through it earlier than my friends as well, but they will get there. :)

really, because shes 12 shes just a child, so are you some children deveop quicker some take more time but everyone develops at a different rate whats normal for you snt normal for someone else, and vice versa she and you have only just BEGUN to go through puberty an your friends boobs probably havent started to develop yet its as simple as that but both your boobs should reach there full sze by t time your around 18 and at 12, her boobs should be the last thing on her mind its not like a 12-13 year old needs to bring any attention to her breasts
