If you try to lose your belly, will your boobs shrink?
well right now im working on getting my belly fat gone. and im wondering if it will shrink my boobs ??
Yes. The models with flat tummies all have implants and liposuction . That said, you can work your pec’s just like men do to increase chest size, but don’t do too much or you’ll look like a man.
If you’re attempting to get washboard abs, yes. But if you’re looking only to get toned, it won’t affect the boob area too much.
In my opinion, it’s a small price to pay. Flat tummies are pretty, and it’s not like all your personality is in your boobs. ;)
sadley yes they do! it sux ‘sigh’ I know first hand I used to be about a d cup but they had shrunk drasticaly when I lost over 50 lbs. all I say is try not to sweat them off thats the only thing I can suggest and if you wana loose weight quiker use a sweat suit or sweat belt which can be found in any walmart in the fitness section for about $15. wear it on your tummy and it makes you sweat away your tummy faster then your boobs

Not as much so do not be afraid. Plus losing belly will make your boobs look bigger. Work your chest as well and they’ll be perkier too!

first off in response to todaly: what you say is completely incorrect, There are plenty of women who can have flat tummys and fairly large breasts, naturally.I myself have a flat belly but my breasts are still a size C, and believe I have never had a boob job or anything like, Im very against those types of procedures.
Its all about just working the right parts of your body. Im not saying that when losing weight you boobs will not get smaller, but they will certainly not go away, or make you flat chested, unless you have always had very small breast (which is just fine in my opinion, yes boobs are nice but overall it should be more about having a healthy body, if you are in shape big boobs or not you will look sexy)
I have been along distance runner for years which takes care of the cardio aspect, running is always the best, and its usually easier to run longer and harder when you are outside… not on a track going in circles (it also good to do tempo running elevating your heart rate in intervals is very helpful when trying to burn fat.)
Many people think that working the abs is the best way to lose belly fat, but cardio is always the most effective for losing weight anywhere on your body but It is important to do other exersizes ,not just cardio. I would suggest Yoga, which I love, it will tone muscle like nothing else can, especially in your stomach and booty, not mention it relieves stress and you improve your flexibility, which has many many advantages wink wink.
