I was wonderin did I have a miscarraige?

I was telling my friend that the other night I was having really really bad cramps and I havent had cramps like this before I did have unprotected sex I would say round the end of august beginning of this month but I was havin bad cramps and I went to the bathroom twice and the second time I went I wiped myself and saw blood and I clean myself and I havent saw blood since then well 2day is the next day and it happend last night and I do feel bloated at this moment. Do anybody have any suggesting as 2 what it is or if I miscarried my friend thinks I did. But my sister in law still thinks im pregnant
