Should I keep waiting around for him?

I like this guy and I’ve liked him for 2 years. He asked me out one year but I didn’t like him and then I did but he had a girlfriend and we used 2 talk a lot and then we just stopped and now I see him all the time and I still like him but I don’t think he likes me. Sometimes we talk and flirt a little and I’m not sure if he has a girlfriend and I think we’d be a good couple and so do my friends. So what should I do? Just stop waiting for him and find another guy or tell him the truth and ask him?
