Uhmm theres no age-restriction on stretching your ears as far as I know (at least in Canada)…

You stretch them by guying Nails, Tapers, Claws, or Pinchers… You can buy those at any store that sells good jewlerry, and I know you can get the really small ones at like Ardene…

Its only if your to get it actually PIERCED that has an age restriction haha

I did mine myself, its pretty safe. just make sure you take your time and dont go up too quickly. I started from a 14 to an 2. that was a big stretch but it wasnt too bad. the 2 to a 0, 0 to 7/16, 7/16 to 1/2, 1/2 to 5/8’s. and im happy, I’ve been stretching for like 6 months now. and even I went pretty quickly. the least painful way is take a long hot shower, and then gauge them, it’ll slid in easier. I didnt even clean mine, but you really should use alittle of disinfectant soap. and avoided using silicon stretchers, cause they ripp your ear.

and remember if they smell like dead people…its normal ahaha

at your age I would strongly advise you to THINK about if this is something you even want theres no rush to get holes in your flesh or to make them any bigger and you need to realise that youll end up having saggy ugly looking earlobes if you decide to take them out later which will not grow back togeteher and needs surgery to repair surgery that will still leave your earlobe with a very permanent and noticable scar
