12 year old wanting lip pierced legal or no?
my friends little brother who is aged 12 wants to get his lip pierced for his 13th birthday. I believe this is illegal in the state or oregon.
does anyone know the youngest age you can be in the state of oregon to get your lip pierced?
Tell him NOT to do it himself. It’s best to get them done professionally. Have his parents or his legal guadian go with him. If the professional place says no, have him wait until he’s older. It’ll be much better and safer that way.
its legal…even if you did it yourself my lil sis did hers at 11 so…
Wait till he’s 16 or 18 to do it. Any age younger than 14 is way too young!
For most places its 16 with parental permission and 18 without.
