I want to play volley ball and run track next year but ihave a verry strong flow and im scarred to use a tmpon and dont know what knind to use. HELP?
It's not scary at all once you get the hang of it. When you buy a packet of tampons it comes with very easy to follow instructions and diagrams to help you. It doesn't matter what brand you buy. All you need to do is make sure you choose the box of tampons that say they are designed for heavy flow. Often it will say 'super' on the box. Once you start using them you will realise they are very helpful in a lot of situations, for example swimming - and you don't need to worry about it. Just remember to change it every few hours.
the first kind that I used (and that all of my friends first used) is Playtex Sport. it's really good because the tip is small. don't forget to point the tampon toward your back when you put it in!
