How can I gain weight in my thighs and buttocks?

IM 13,5’1 AND I WEIGH 107 MY LEGS ,WELLZ MY THIGHS ARE LITTLE LOLZ AS you MIGHT ALREADY GUESS AND I want to GAIN WEIGHT AND GET A LIL THICKER FROM THE BUTTUX AND THIGH AREA BUT I WANT TO KEEP EVERYTHING TONED OUT what are WAYS OR TECHNIQUES THAT I CAN GAIN THE WEIGHT IN THAT AREA and KEEP TONED?

Hi,

Unfortunately there are no foods you can eat to gain weight on specific areas of your body.

If you eat more calories than you burn and thus gain weight, part of this increased weight may go on to your hips, butt, stomach and thighs.

Bottom Line: Just as we can’t choose the areas from which we shed weight, neither can we choose the areas where we gain weight

Eat pasta rice potatoes bread and fish beef chicken beans nuts also do lunges and squats at least 3 days a week do 10reps for better results also run or walk 2x a week and for advance swim dance or do ballet you can also ride your bike for 5 miles = 20 laps 1x per week and well it will take at least 6 months well good luck
