How to GAIN weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier.

BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measurement of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 years.

BMI Classification

18.5 or less Underweight
18.5 to 24.99 Normal Weight
25 to 29.99 Overweight
30 to 34.99 Obesity (Class 1)
35 to 39.99 Obesity (Class 2)
40 or greater Morbid Obesity

Check out your BMI at the bmi calculator site below to see where you stand.

bmi calculator:

If you need conversion info, 1 kg = 2.2 pounds and 2.54 cm = 1 inch (12 inches = 1 foot)

Shut up.

I can’t believe you’re complaining because you’re skinny.

Just drink weight gain or something if you care so much or go and see your doctor.

Once you put on weight you won’t like it though.

Dont listen to those people, I have the same gut reaction because I can never lose weight, but having friends whose self images were really effected because they couldnt put on weight I understand where you’re coming from. My friend started gaining weight when he went to the gym. He had lots of protein shakes and stuff from the vitamin shoppe and then worked out a lot. You probably dont want to become obviously muscular, but it will help you gain a couple of pounds, and then you just maintain it (there’s different exercises for building muscle and keeping it)

I think you should gain a little bit of weight just to even things out. Personally, when I see a female that is really thin with big boobs, I’ll think she has fake boobs. I may be wrong for it but everyone is just so fake now-a-days; I can’t help it.

I used to be a size 0 but gained enough to be a 1. I love it b/c it made my butt a little bigger…LOL…

What is wrong with this world? Some of us can’t gain weight while some can’t loose weight. We really just need to be happy the way we are.
