I want to gain weight

okay so im fifteeen. and I’ve been trying to gain weight for awhile. its not working all that weelll. I weigh 94 pounds. I even asked a nutritionist what to do and yeah she just said eat more…uhh yeah im doing that? so any advice ? :/

aaww I want to be like you im 15 too and weight 120lbs. im hella fat and yeah I wish I can be you being skinny is sexy,, and yeah you can eat lots of junk foods but I would suggest to stay the same its sexy to be skinny

to gain more nutrition and balance drink Ensure shakes and eat a healthy diet. Don’t just eat all this crap, plus it will bloat you out and too much bad food will only distort your body. Don’t eat crap food, like fast food and oil food. eat 3 small, HEALTHY meals a day and have two snacks a day, plus the Ensure. They have a lot of flavors and aver very good yummy. I put it in the freezer for a bit and drink it like a frozen milk shake.

eat eat eat . protein and carbs! Go at it, like rice and chicken, or beef and bread. potatoes are really good and fatty with cheese and sour cream. eggs and bacon in the morning with maybe pan cakes?
