I want to be skinny

basicly im a size 8 and I feel really fat, I have a massive ugly doughnut round my stomach and I just wanna be skinny buh not mess up my metabolism. please please help me xx

just start exercising. walk an hour a day 3- 5 times a week..its really not that hard once you get started and you will feel a lot better.. also only drink water and cut out junk foods..snack on nuts and vegetables
