Eat often and but not a lot…if you are “craving” fatty foods that is a good sign that you are losing weight =D
healthy diet and excersize, and DONT skip breakfast. If you skip breakfast, your body goes into “starvation mode” and actually stores fat. I wouldnt eat ONLY veges, I would eat all kinds of things. Just keep junk food levels a bit lower.

DONT starve yourself. You will become gaunt and pale and ill and tired and cold and even if you think people find really skinny attractive, they just dont. Make sure that you eat protein (lean meats), fruit and veg, carbohydrate (bread, potatoes, cereals), calcium (cheese, milk, yoghurt) every day. Dont aim for stick thin, aim for a proportionate, healthy looking slender.
Vegetables are not enough to be eating. If you want to be on the thinner side/average weight, you need to be eating all the food groups with an exception of fatty/sugary foods at the bottom of the food pyramid. Protein and meat is beneficial, as it sticks to your ribs and keeps you full longer. Vegetables are good for you because they are very low in calories. I recommend Celery and Cucumbers with a light side like peanut butter or another tasty dip.
