Answer #1

first of all you have to eat!!! if you dont your body isnt use to it, and it will gain the weight more if you eat less then eat, I dunno how but thats just the way the body works, … Like people that dont eat B-fest in the Am, are more likely to be bigger…

Answer #2

okay you should always keep eating… but eat healthy… exsersize allot and if you stop eating it will make you gain wait so dont stop eating!!!

Answer #3

Stop thinking about it soo much and just do it and move around a lot even walking, cleaning etc. do what ever you can to keep yourself busy try to make a meal plan I started the ABC diet look it up on the web or on a pro ana site but just make a commit to your self and if you truly want to look and feel skinny then starting now cut down. if you over eat then the first 3 days are going to be veryy hard if your cutting down a lot or a litte but after those 3 days that hunger feeling will go away do not starve your self b.c then when you do eat your body will store it as fat. So move around keep busy so you dont get bored and eat b.c a lot of females have that problem and it sucks lol but if you truly want to look and feel good then you will do it but only if you want to.

weight doesn’t mean everything. what’s important is how you look and feel. weight can sometimes be water or other stuff. and muscle weighs more than fat don’t forget.

try cutting out white sugar, corn syrup and bread, you’ll see a huge difference in one week. even muscles you don’t work out will start to look good. read the ingredients, think about what you are eating every time you put something in your mouth.

drink water 30 mins before you eat anything. Drink LOTS of water, always carry water and keep it in your backpack, by your computer, next to bed. try to keep it in your site all day so you remember to drink it.

don’t eat after a certain time at night. I chose 6 PM but choose whatever is right for you as early as you can– at least 3hours before bed. don’t ever break your rule and eat after that time.

if you do diet, be sensible. don’t take diet pills. try juicing, eating nuts instead of bread, lots of water, salads. don’t stress yourself, you can gain weight with stress.

don’t start an exercise regimen when you start a crazy diet. start by making small diet changes, and a long fast walk while listing to ipod or whatever. then gradually increase over weeks.

hope that helps

How to LOSE weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn’t gain your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
