I want to track a friend down

Ok. So a few years back, 2005 I think, my mum broke up with her boyfriend. He had two daughters and a son. I am really missing the youngest daughter, who is my age and I want to track her down, thing is- I have no idea how to!!! Anyone got any good advice or safe websites I could try? I am desperate. Please please please help!!! It would be great to contact her again. I can’t write or ring because I am too scared.I dont know if she still lives in the same house. My mum’s ex cheated on her so he ended it by phone. I woz well devastated. I have finally decided I really want to track them down again. I need help.
