You really dont mean that. Its obvios that you are upset about something. If you feel that you dont need professional help, then you should start off by taking one step at a time. Take one problem and try to fix it. Then to another, then another. Just relax.

I’m going through the same thing and my mom went through the same thing and she got a pro and I’m going to get a pro soon and my mom says that it really helped, and if you kill yourself you’ll be in hell and don’t kill youself it isn’t a good idea even if it seems like it is, maby wright books about it instead of trying to do it… I do it it dosn’t really help much, but it helps you from doing it at the very least for a little while and look at this pic and think happy thoughts =D
