I Think I weigh To much as a 14 yearold

I am 110 and I think that is a lot for a 14 year old I have been doing all the typica work outs “run on the tread meal for 20 mins. wall sits push ups,sit ups” and I have been trying really hard to eat right and I thik I have been but I cant seem to lose any thing! I havent been ganing any thing maby a couple pounds but not a lot and im not losing anything! plaese give me advise on what work outs and what else I can do to lose some weight!!! thank you!!

well yer weight would depend on yer height too. taller people obviously weigh more ; shorter people weigh less. weight doesnt matter as much as body fat; muscles weigh more than fat. but if yu measure yer BMI [its based on height, weight, and age], it will tell yu if yu are at a healthy range or not(:

to lose weight, eat healthy; avoid junk food; avoid oily foods; drink water; exercise everyday.

110 is a normal weight for a girl your age. How tall are you hun? It’s good that you are doing excersizes regularly, and that you are eating healthy. Weight is just a number, and eating healthy is what really counts. Oh, and don’t weigh yourself but like once every 2 weeks because your weight isn’t accurate every day. Don’t worry about it, because 110 is not bad at all! I weigh 110 too!
