I need to lose weight fast.

Hi, I’m 17 almost 18, and I have been feeling really down about my body nimage and weight. I used to play soccer up until about a year ago. During that time I weighed around 120, and now I weigh in early 130’s. I am about 5’6-5’7. The back of my legs are disgusting and my stomach and legs have gotten bigger. I feel really self-concious now, and I just really want to loose weight fast and get my figure back. What do I do?

  You should probably weigh between 117 and 148 pounds, so you are okay weight wise. I used the Adult weight chart because the Teen chart doesn’t allow for YOUR height.   Normal Adult Height-Weight Range Table

  What you may want to do is start a good exercise program and get your muscles toned. It won’t make you lose any weight but will replace fat with muscle which will make you feel a lot better and be more satisfied with how you look.

well I have comcast on demand and I do the excersises on that like they have cardio workouts and upper boddy and lower body and abs. it works better than anything I’ve ever done!

Please stop posting the same question over and over. That’s spamming, and that’s really pointless.

Anyway, you’re not overweight. Not at all. You need to tone up maybe, but don’t lose weight. If you’re 5’6-5’7…you should weight 130-135. You said you weigh in the early ‘30s, so I’m guessing you weigh under 135? That’s definitely a great weight.
