I need to gain weight im too skinny

Help … im almost 15 I weigh 130 right now im loseing weight as I try to gain it … it pisses me off … help how do I gain weight dont say sit around eating junk food or eat meat or anything … I do it dont work

I think you look great personally,but if you feel to skinny just try eating a lot of carbs =)

Hey, if eating doesn’t work for you then how do you expect to gain weight? lol, anyways, you sound like an ectomorph or “hardgainer” if you want to gain weight healthy its going to be a hard process but it will be worth it in the end. Start going to the gym lifting weights and consume at least 3000 calories a day. So eat a lot more then what you eat its the only way to gain weight, If you don’t believe me add up the amount of calories you consume for a couple days and you will see. The basic rule for hardgainers and anybody is Eat Big, Lift Big, Get Big… Make sure its healthy food, nothing processed. after you reach about 3000 calories keep adding a couple hundred each week until you get to your desired weight then lower them back to a normal standard around 2000-2500 to maintain that weight… Its not a one week process either it could take a couple months. sit around eating junk food & meat lol just kidding=)=] umm how bout uh…um…hmm…oh yeahh thats a hard one. Uh ok how bout you just work to get muscle don’t get fat and eat all you can that would be weird just muscle would b way better lift weights and stuff =)

130 sounds fine…unless its not 4 a guy. but then again your height makes the difference. well excercising builds muscle and just eating like steak, carbs, hearty foods, maybe eating a lot.

or if you just want to gain fat you just hafta cut down on excercising and eat more

yah im 16 and like 100 lbs, and I dont really like being this skiinny, and I eat and eat but I dont gain ittt. your pry like me and have a high motablism or something.

the girl above me is all wrong you should try to gain weight by being lazy unless you want to have a heart attack at the age of like 19 just start eating lots of carbs and try body building or something
