I NEED HELP ASAP, MISERABLE LIFE!!! PLEASE, YOUR VOICE MATTERS

Well, I’m starting high school on Wednesday and I’m so nervous and I’ve got the back-to-school-blues. Seriously, I can’t handle school anymore, I’ve thaught about just quitting. Does anybody know how to make school more bearable and help me get over the blues? Also, is there any good food to have for breakfast on Wednesday morning to relax me and ease my mind. I’m looking for any relaxing techniques you know, and stuff thats actually worked for you, please,I’m desperate. Thank you

Take a look around you and be Thankful…..reason enough to keep a smile on all day !

try and pretend you want to be there, lol trust me I hate school but it makes the day go by faster. and get involved in a lot of clubs so you have somthing to look foward to and you will meet a lot of different people, causes less cliquines(sp?)/drama too. good luck!

Hey Dudette/Dude… First off - I seriously wish you luck on all your endeavors. But seriously, I’m entering my last year and high school was a blast! Ye, all the freshies are nervous, they think they’ll be bullied, but I really liked the freshies who were respectful to staff and schoolmates! Start the day with a positive mindset, compliment five people saying they lost weight, have a great tan, nice clothes… stuff like that. Do it with confidence and automatically they’ll like you and it’ll make you feel better. Tell yourself that you must find some teachers that you admire in some way, that way it’ll be easier to bear classes if you aren’t that social. Don’t quit - you’ll get depressed. My mom’s a psychologist, so know some stuff. Smile! Always smile!!! Even if the person doesn’t respond at first, don’t take that as a sign. Just smile and people will love you! This is my advice, always worked for me. Hope you have an amazing experience in high school and grasp as much as you can and you’ll be set for life! And, Wednesday morning, do NOT drink coffee, it gives you jumpy nerves. I would eat a nutritious breakfast, seriously. I might sound like a geek telling you this, but you’ll be nervous on an empty stomach. I would eat toast, eggs, glass of orange juice and/or milk. Wish you luck!

firt settle down it will be okay!:) you need to relax. dont even think about quiting!youll throw you r life away. move along . yes there is foods that get you going for the day balance your meals out. have a nice glass of cold orange juice. maybe some eggs and bacon or something or ancakes something like that. dont worry its a new year start off fresh.!:)

dude, i started high school this year too, dont sweat it, hang with the people you know, and try to make new friends in your classes. Just think what you would be gettin out of goin to school, a good education, and interests in something you never knew about

Maybe you do need to quit school and try homeschooling if you’re getting this worked up about the first day of school. But just try to be friendly and act confident, even if you don’t feel that way. Hope everything goes well…

when i started high school long a go. i thought i was going to die but then i meet this nice old lady who tolled me when she had to go some place that might bother her she wolud think this? when you see people see them in drag boys,men see them in womans close dressies,pocketbooks and wigs and girls and woman in men stuff like beards,suits ext.and have fun with it. it help me out a lot still dose.
