How can I lose as much weight as possible?

I WAS WONDERING HOW I CAN LOSE AS MUCH WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE IN ABOUT A MONTH.. PLEASE HELP ME ! I DONT WANNA BE ANOREXIC OR BULIMIC..

Id say you can eat out if you want to or cant avoid it - dont be really scared about going out for meals, just make sure when you do that you get a healthy meal - like a salad for starter and fish or a vegetarian dish (as this normally contains less fat and more veg) for your main meal, and dont order a pudding.

Dont drink fizzy drinks, and drink 8 glasses of water a day (thats 4 pints)

Eat fruit and vegetables and cut out biscuits/cake/sweets/chocolate - junk food basically - and anything with high sugar content.

Like the above poster said - make sure you dont have prepackaged food and that all foods are freash

since your trying to loose weight in a month you might find reducing carbs such as pasta bread and rice will help - tho you dont need to go to an extreme and cut them out completly.

look on the internet for healthy recipes and have them as your main meal - if your mum cooks for you - ask her to cook them, or help her out with it.

Have 3 meals a day - all healthy, and you can healthy snack as well like nuts, fruit, veg…

and exercise…

Don’t eat out.

Don’t eat anything fatty after 5pm.

Drink fluids with low calories and low sugar content.

Make your own food, don’t eat prepackaged food (i.e. frozen pizzas, cinnamon rolls in a can, etc).

I personally adore stir frys over couscous with tons of onions and peppers. Really healthy and tasty.
