Where does someone with a felony get a decent job?

Where does someone with a felony on their record go to get a decent job? I cannot get a job ANYWHERE…I have a 6 year old Forgery charge…which I didn’t do (honestly) and I cannot get a break. I live in Arizona where a Forgery charge is worse than violent offenses and drug charges. WHAT DO I DO???

maybe you should move to a different state if u can or tell your family to say a good report bout you so u could work with them like “hes a hard dependable worker” and all that good stuff

I have forgery charges (9), plus other offenses including burglary ( I was young and i was stupid. All date back 14 years ago.

You can get good job, and ( I have worked on the navy bases as a contractor) making $22 an hour, and currently I have been hire to work as a contractor for another military base. Whether or not I can get a security clearance is another story. They ask about 10 years back when doing the background check.

If you have no sex charges, violent charges, and the offenses are at least 10 years old, you have a good chance to do just about any job.

Always be honest with your employer (lying about it is a sure way to be fired), most employers may not hire you, but there are alot more that will.

I currently have certifications and skills, and my current employer is aware of my past, and it doesnt matter.
