Why is it that felons cant get a decent job in charlotte no matter how much you go legit I feel like leadin a life of crime. Can any one tell me where to find a decent job legally?
I understand what you're going through because in this society its a vicious circle, if someones been locked up for something they cant get a job, and if they cant get a job they go back to a life of crime. Prison is supposed to be about reform and rehabilitation, but after you've gone to jail you cant reform or rehabilitate because the american society won't let you.

To find companies hiring felons in your area, go to http://www.governmentjobs.com and find your local employment office.
They should be able to put you on the right track to finding a job. I've also heard that United Way and the Salvation Army will employ those with felony records.
