I'm having a major break out on my face!

I don’t know why but I’m geting serious acne on my noes and on my chin and I dont understand why!!! I’m not close to my period I just finished it like 2 weeks ago and im on birth control and have been for almost like 6 months so I know it’s not effects from that maybe it’s stress I don’t know.. I’ve been washing my face but tis like getting worst! ah any advice I’m willing to try anything out.

dermatologists are always very helpful. you can get a pill called minocycline and it cleared my face right up. I’m pretty sure you have to have a perscription though.

if you don’t want to take pills: -get special face soap like neutragena, clinque, etc. do NOT use regular soap that you would use on your hands. that will make it worse. -you can buy benzoyl peroxide for very cheap at any main store like target, wal-mart, whatever. put that on the zits that hurt. -do not over wash your face. -try putting moisturizer on at night. (NOT REGULAR LOTION. SPECIAL FACE MOISTURIZER. gawsh, hopefully you already knew that) if your skin is moisturizer it won’t feel the need to grease itself up, causing acne.

dont use acne products wash your face with regular soap once a day or else your face will dry and break out more you can put ice or toothpaste on breakouts because cold makes them shrink

ALSO if you want your face to be soft put honey on your face and let it sit for 15 minits I know it sounds wierd but it works

it could be just your age or stress

its easy to contoll

just get spot creams they do work better than just washing yur face

it could be stress… or your age.

but I suggest using nutregena face wash, cleanser, and pads.
