Answer #1

if you dont understand something, ask your teacher to go over it again, and maybe make it simpler if its too complex for you. dont be afraid to ask, thats wht the teachers are ther for :)

Answer #2

You need to talk to your teachers and ask ways for you to improve, also find some kids in those classes who can help you when you’re stuck. Go into school early if you can and go to the library to just read over your notes, or even staying after school. Or maybe you can sit down with your parents and say “hey mom/dad I don’t understand this and was wondering if you’d help me” because they might know. At least they’ll know you TRIED to improve.

Answer #3

Why would you want extra credit? Don’t you know if you do your work halfheartedly that they won’t give you extra credit? Start caring about Algebra, Science can be tough (see another science teacher for help) sometimes a teacher just doesn’t go right with the student, and anothe are teacher may be able to help you better with homework. Maybe you can ask some homework questions on here and get some answers. We won’t be the most reliable source, but it could be helpful. Just some suggestions…

Answer #4

your right jmz10!! Thank you!! Imma try harder in school instead of focusing on the Jonas brothers! I never thought of giving them up for awhile while I focus on my schoolwork so thank you!!! I think that’ll help bigtime. LOL.

Answer #5

sounds like you need to focus on your future more. sure right now algebra doesn’t seem like it will affect your life, but it will serve as a foundation for future math classes. so when you get into high school, if you failed algebra, do you think you’ll do well in harder math classes? colleges are going to look at your high school transcripts. if you start screwing up now, kiss your college education goodbye. I’m not saying that college is the only way, but it certainly is a good one. my advice is to get to work, ask your teachers if they will work with you, and change your perspective.

Answer #6

I want to be a pediatrition. So I will need to be good in math. I’ll start trying harder. Thanks :)
