Should I be dating my best friend?

Would you suggest going out with your best friend? I’ve known him for 8 years and we finally started to date. But I don’t know if it’s such a good thing? What would you suggest?

its awesome! however you feel! if u love or like him enough u wouldnt be having these thoughts! but if u think its going to ruin ur relationship then i think u shuld tlk 2 him and c how he feels about it!

i think if u guys really like each other then go for it… i went out with my best friend after 10 yrs knowing him… the reason it didnt work for us was b.c i just got out of a bad relationship but if that wasnt the case i think we still would be together lol… but if u feel happy an ur both comfortable an everythin then there shouldnt be a problem.. good luck
