I'm 16 and want to move out

I’m 16 and live in GA. My friends parents say I can stay with them because I can’t take living in my house with my gma anymore. So if I tell her I’m moving out and just get my things and leave.. can she do anything? I’ll be 17 in a little less then 4 months

It depends on who has technical custody of you. Have you tried asking your grandma what she thinks?

You can be ammancipated or how ever you spell it cause you are 16 but you have to have a job.

You can’t move out at 16 but you can at 17 with parent concent cause I sure am doing it. I gotta get away from my sisters who should have been gone years ago and I gotta get away from my mom.
