How can I make him realize that I'm done with being used?

This boy I really like lives like rite up he road from me and our parents are like best friends so its kind of hard to just forget him or cut him from my life completly… I mean I know that I have to get my self over him but I dont know how. I mean he just has this way to make me fall for him over and over again and I dont want that bc I am sick of being used and I am sick of being his back up all the time. im willing to drop him but I want him to hurt like he made me for over a year… without hurting my best friend… bc its not a possibility for me to date him again I dont wanna keep doin this to myself… and like where I live im with all the guys 24 7 bc thats who I hang with their my best friends, including him! so I cant just drop him. but I have a bday party tonite and my best friend is staying with me tonight and this boy knows that, but were goina be out late tonite and I know hes expecting me to get all uncomfy around him and her and stuff so again he can see how much I care… but this time I want it to be different when he sees me tonite I want him to get that feeling he always made me get when I act like it dont bother me one bit to see them together… and like all my guy friends are goina be there and it kills him to see me flirting with his friends… so what should I do to end this tonight! make him realize I dont want a part of him anymore… even if he does come up and try to flirt with me like always what do I do?
