Yes it’s real. We’ve done this at school - we’ve made a test before listening to mozart and after 2 days of listening to mozart, at school, we’ve made another test - the results were much better :)

I think that short-term, it can promote a sense of confidence that manifests itself in regular activities - such as taking tests. You may feel smarter, therefore you work smarter.

However, I seriously doubt that it’s an actual cause of high intelligence - I’ve listened to Mozart my whole life and I’m no more intelligent than the average person.
