How can I make my legs and thighs slimmer?

I have an average sized frame- flat stomach and im 15 years old – but I have horrible shaped legs, I walk a couple of miles everyday after school for about a month now since the summer holidays but it seems like all the fat is in my body is in my legs an thighs- im really embarrassed over it and I never wear skirts anymore at school because I think I look dreadfull- please help me I really dont know what to do :(

walking is good, also try stretching, and cycling - great for legs. Walking should help, maybe you need more time to loose excess weight. Drink more pure water (or fruit tees) which helps on digestive. Hope it helps :)

walking and cycling is great for the legs also lunges and squats get a regular exerscise pattern going eat healthy as well drink plenty of water try to avoid sof drinks altoether and keep up with it you wont see results in a week, itll take more than that to notice a difference

girlll,I had the same thing looked like a spoon even now I have issues with my body but the only way to make your legs slimmer is walking ,easy jogging,cycling but with no incline,and swimming all this together will give you what you need but girl be patient it takes long time but as you are 15 it is the right moment to start because your body shape will change a lot,but balance your food it is the most imortant thing
