Try using Proactive. You see results very quickly. Or, at Walgreen’s, there’s some facial cleanser by Neutrogena that isnt too expensive. Honestly, I would not suggest using toothpase. There are much better remedies out there. Good luck! :)

Answer #2

Apply some cooked oatmeal to the face for 15 minutes and wash off. Oatmeal is an astringent, which can help draw impurities out of the skin. It usually takes a week or two for results to be seen.

You might not have the money for Proactiv, but fortunately there are similar products on the market now that work the very same way.

When I was younger, I had pretty extreme acne, and Proactiv worked very well. I stopped using it, and my acne came back. I went to CVS (a drugstore, in case you’re from somewhere that doesn’t have those), and bought one of those “knockoff” Proactiv-like products. I can honestly say that within two days my face was clear and smooth.

The product I bought is called Acne Free, and it was only $15. It’s a set of face wash, toner, and lotion.
