I got a job doing administration and graphic design for a printing company. I’m a very arty person so it’s actually a job I will enjoy. And it’s a 10 min drive from my house AND it’s 4 days per week - every weekend is a long weekend. I’m so excited I’m like a kid in a candy store :)

Thanks guys. I had my first day yesterday which was a bit scary. I was thrown in the deep end which they said was tough but a good way to learn. I was like ‘eek!’ I had customers coming in asking for quotes on designs and I had no clue so I was running to the boss every 10 minutes. He didn’t seem to mind but I felt like I was being annoying. I had a woman come in saying “I want flyers made up for my business.” I asked her what she wanted eg what colour, graphics, 1 or 2 sided, what font and layout etc and she goes “I don’t know…can’t you guys do it for me?” I said “Sure…” thinking to myself ‘how the feck can you not have any idea what you want??’ but yea that bit was fun cause I got to be creative and show her different stuff I came up with. Sorry to ramble but I just got all excited and wanted to share a lil bout my new job :) :) :) :) :)

CONGRATULATIONS! Wow your sooo lucky sounds like a job id like to. lol. I’ve been unemployed for 3 months now and still looking, so lucky you. Im from London and finding a job right now is hard, but yours sounds great I love fashion and design.
