How can I stop thinking about losing weight?

I really dont want to be anerexic but im starting to feel guilty bout eating food. Im starting to look at how many calories there are and I wont buy anything with too high caleries. Im 5 ft 7 and I weigh 7 stone- which tbh isnt a lot and I dont want to lose any more. Also I’ve starting looking in the mirror and thinking I need to lose weight. I no I dont but I cant help thinking it. I DONT WANT TO BE ANEROXIC!!! help!

You dont have to be anorexic to lose weight.

And just because you feel a bit low about yourself, doesnt mean your anorexic either :)

So dont worry, I’m sure LOADS of your friends feel exactly the same way, even though they mightnt of said it!

Exercise - do you play for a team at school? I find this an AMAZING way to get exercise. If you’re old enough to join a gym, get a family member or even a mate to go with you at a 7pm class!

Eating Healthily - There is no point in stressing about every single bite you take, althought some people do. It’s not a prob that you luuk at how many cals are in food, it shows you care about your balanced diet! :) I’m IN LOVE with chickpeas! They’re VERY good for you, and with all the extra exercise you’ll be doing, they keep your energy levels up in the highs too!

So be happy :) and love yourself. Everyone has bad days. But trust me, make sure you dont go down the anorexic path. I’m down it now, it sucks…

If you look in the mirror and tell yourself your fat, thats what you will believe and you will become so determined to overcome that, that you will go to extreme lengths such as anorexia to aid you. Instead do the opposite, look in the mirror concentrate on your positive aspects and tell your self your fine, you dont need to loose weight.

if you feel guilty about eating food, then step out of your shoes and ask youself what food are you eating thats making you feel this way, if your diet is based on junk food then consider a healthier one which won’e make you feel guilty.

Eat stuff with loadsss off addtives ect they add weight with out you even knowing about it :)
