How do I stop losing weight?

I use to be 5’5 and weighed in at 57kg, which is about 127lbs Thats moderately healthy. That was just over a year ago. Now I am 5’7 and weigh just under 50kg, which is about 109lbs. This is weird, I can’t force myself to eat more; it causes small ‘break downs’… meaning I get really sad thinking I’ve over-eaten la di da. Anyways, does this happen to you??? and how do I stop losing weight without eating like mad? P.S I eat about 3-5 small to moderate meals a day.

well I guess…dont exercise? that might help. or just dont exercise as much. and yes that does happen to me. but who cares dude! you only live once =]
