I don't know what career I want?

I’m in my senior year and I have no idea what I want to do in the future. I’m sure that I want to go to university but I have no idea what to study. I hate maths and all sciences. I’m interested in hiostory, performing arts, writing, politics. I have considered law and journalism but I’m not sure that they are the right choice. I want to have a career that will enable me to get a high earning job and where the work is mostly in one city and not too much travelling - this is why international business is out of the question. Please help me by giving me some possible choices which may suit me!!!

hey whats up I just joined today and im going to be a senior this year too. I wouldnt strees that much about your major lots of people dont know what they want to t something major in. I would just usse this year to think about something you love to do and go from there also you could volunteer at different places around your community and see if you find something you really like. But just try to do the best you can this year in school so you can get scholoarships let me know if this helps. ttyl

Yeah I’m a senior this year too. Hey I know lots of people with your predicament, don’t worry. Most people I know simply go to college anyways, even if they have no idea, and just do their required courses while ‘shopping around’,more or less,with the other courses, seeing what works for them. You never know, you may surprise yourself and decide to do something you never expected. Most people don’t know what they want when they go to college anyways, you’re not a first, and many of them, even if they think they know what they want, wind up changing their minds anyways. Just do what you find you enjoy doing, you don’t want a career in something you hate.

that’s what the first two years of college are for. they make you take many different classes to find out what you like. just make sure you go to college, and check out the career center there, you’ll be fine
