if you a man you cant get pregnant and no, it wont affect your sperm count at all because youll still have thousands of them and it only takes 1 as ^ said feel free to masterbate all you want youll still be ablke to get a girl pregnant if your really worried about it though you could always go to a doctor and ask about getting your spermcount checked
