Jester_X I really can’t say I’ve a opinion on this but why would they need to stop something that has been in legends & literature for centeries? Wouldn’t it just draw more suspicion & unwanted attention. & why try to stop something that most people don’t believe in anyways?

The vamps that are in that particular series are not complete works of fiction. There are similaries between Mrs. Meyers vamps and real vampyres. I actuallty have a bit of experience dealing with real vamps. As a side note many of them have a wonderfully diabolical sense of humor. Vampires aren’t real. Only pre-pubescent teenagers think they’re real, and that’s because the most recent bandwagon has brainwashed them…it’s really sad.
