I have a really bad t zone and I don't know what to do...I've tried all stuff in the stores and prescriptions...got any help for me?
My best advice is to wash with a little warm water and some non-medicated face wash (try an all natural one such as "Natures Gate") or just a simple bar of soap. I think the mistake that most people make is not moisturising your face after washing... they think that it will make your acne go away faster if they let it dry out... but.. trust me, it always goes away faster if you put lotion on it afterwords.
I use proactive. it works pretty well. also, drink a lot fo water.
somtimes people are prone to acne because they have large pores. look for a product that will shrink your pores and give it at least a month to work.

Strong cleaners will actually make acne worse because they take so much oil out of your skin that your body automatically produces MORE oil, making it worse. What you need to do it buy a gentle cleanser and moisturize with a oil-free lotion.
