no, you wont loose a "lot" of weight from it. a few minutes would burn a few calories (not a few kilograms or even 1 kilogram) to do that you would have to do it for a few hours every day. you should first see a dcotor to get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age, as its possible your already the correct weight or maybe even underweight and need to gain weight. as many kids and teens think there fat when they actually need to gain weight. also weight loss takes TIME. and results require efforst and hard work, a comdination of healthy eating AND regular exerscise will do it, but real weight loss takes a few months to acheive
It will help you, but you would have to do it for a long time I imagine, its possible and will help you, but not the best way, you can try to include another exersize rutine along with it, maybe that will help it a little more.
It helps tone your stomach. I have no idea how many calories it burns. But when I do it, I try do it for about half and hour. You can even do it while watching tv.
