How will my period affect if I'm able to do sports?

I think I’m due for my period this week (its totally random so I never know) and I want to know if it will prevent me from doing sports. I do really energetic sports, trampoling and taekwon-do. Just want to be sure if I can do these sports while I’m on “/

Well When I have my period, doing sports and keeping active actually helps. Sitting around and complaining doesn’t help anything. So yes doing sports on your period is totally ok. If it does hurt or you get really bad cramps, listen to your body. Most women are very understanding. Sports are totally cool and you shouldn’t let something like your period stop you from doing them.
