How will baking powder react wiht a uti?

I know that putting baking soda in water will help cure a uti- I only have baking powder. Will this give the same effect?

im taking amoxciillin for something totally unrelated-will that help it? or do I need a whole other prescription?

Neither of those things will cure a UTI - you need antibiotics.

I’m surprised you even got the infection if you’re already on antibiotics.

It may help, but make sure you’re drinking a lot to help flush out your system. If there’s no improvement in a few days, you should go to the doctor.

It could actually be the amoxciillin that is causing the infection. It is common for women to get UTI’s after being on anti-biotics.

I say go to the doctor and get an anti biotic especially for the bladder infection. And then drink a lot of cranberry juice and citro soda.

oh and baking soda won’t help.
