How to get taller?
im short; it sucks. but im taller than my 19 year old sister. she is about 4’11 & im alil over that. but I want too be like 5’2 im the shortest out my friends; & it sucks:/

Once you have gone through puberty the cartilage that caps your bones itself turns to bone and no further growth can occur.
Even when growth hormone is produced in abnormal amounts from the pituitary gland in the brain, growth only occurs in the hands, feet and jaw, rather than in the long bones, leading to a characteristic and not very attractive appearance known as acromegaly.
The same would happen if you took artificial growth hormone as a medication after puberty.
The only way you can physically elongate bones is by breaking them surgically and then using bone grafts to extend them.
