Get taller

How can you get taller,im 14 and has the height of 160cm.im afraid I will stop growing.

You are only 14 years old and chances are you have not even hit your growth spurt yet. Just give it time - being tall isn’t all that great anyways. I’m much happier as a shorter petite person!

dont take a lot of medicine, and if you drink a lot of coffee lay off of it a little. also stretch a lot

dont worry about it!! im sure you will grow alittle later in life everone is different on how they grow! usually if your parents are tall you will be tall!! eveyrones body structure is different! im sure you will grow taller!

You have plenty of time to grow. I know someone that grew 2 inch at the age of 18, so it’s not impossible. You have about 6 years yet left to grow. And even if you don’t grow big deal. Luck at Kylie Minogue, Madonna, The Pussycat dolls- famous women that are all below 5ft 5. Being small is something to be proud of :)
