How to use your diaphram for screaming?

ok, so im learning how to scream. inhale is getting better but exhale needs a lot of work. im not understanding this whole diaphram thing. I need help. like an accurate discripton xDDD pleasseee

its really hard to describe without being able to demonstrate. id recommend buying or borrowing from someone the Zen of Screaming DVD’s

First of all flex your abdominal muscles so you get a feel of the muscles in your stomache and then feel your diaphram with your fingers. Relax and take a few calm quiet breaths, then breath in deep with your belly and flex your diaphram and let it out. Sorry thats the best I can give you without doing it myself.
