Short answer is it’s up to you, if it’s your music only you can decide what feels right. Or maybe perform it for some people and get their opinions.

Longer answer is whichever one you feel suits the music best at that point. If you’re still not sure, I’d listen to some of your favourite bands that use screaming and pay attention to where and how they do it. Listen out for how a higher scream and a lower scream make you feel, or how they affect the rest of the music.

If you’re looking for fresh inspiration, I recommend a band called Rolo Tomassi. They were the band that convinced me that Screaming can sound AMAZING.
