How to tone my stomach intime for bathing suit season???

im pretty thin but I just want to tone it abit so I look good in my bathing suit since im already kinda small chested. Any tips that wont strain my back cause I have back issues.

you can stop eatin sugar and bread and if you have back problems you can sit on your couch and do inverted crunches.I know it sounds crazy but it worksjust do it slowly and controlled since you have back trouble.

Lay on your back. Put your arms parallel to your face and put your knees up. Then push your head forward and bring your legs up. Try to touch your nose with your knees.

Do 20 of these a night and if you have a nice mother, father, sibling, anyone else, ask them KINDLY to give you a 5-10 minute back massage afterwards.

By summertime, you should have a smoken body :)
