How to stop my dog chewin a hole in the fence??? :s

hey, my dog is being a pain! next door are pet sitting for people, you know things like cats, rabbits ,and my dog, a greyhound who likes to chase things, tries to break through the fence. she chew s at it and stuff. is there anything I cando to stop her, because if the hole gets any bigger than we are gonna have to buy a new panel :S. I tried tellin her off, coverin the hole and puttin spicy powder on it to stop her, it hasnt worked! any ideas??? really desperate???

Wow…she seems dedicated to getting thru that fence…there is stuff at the Feed stores for horses…you paint on the fence…it’s a deterrent for cribbing, and might work on a dog (however, once they get something started, it’s hard for them to stop)…also, you could try covering the hole with cardboard, or even a little piece of plywood, to “help” her forget about it.

Last resort, buy a charger, and some livestock tape…and running it around the bottom 1 foot of your fence…last resort, tho.
