Answer #1

Occupy your time by doing your homework, watching a movie, going outside & playing with your animals, read a book, listen & dance you music, watch tv. Just don’t think about food!!

Answer #2

Find something fun to do! Walk outside, appreciate nature. Make movies, read, draw…there are so many things you can do. Only boring people get bored:)

Answer #3

Staying in your room is exactly the wrong thing to do. Get involved in a extracurricular after school. And, do all those things mandyloo says.

Answer #4

If you absolutely can’t find a substitute, do the next best thing.

Change your comfort foods. Instead of a ice cream, try frozen yogurt. Rice cakes are fantastic. You can eat the entire package (14 cakes) and still be under 600 calories (depending on what flavor).
Celery is basically negative calories. It has calories, don’t get me wrong, but you burn more calories chewing and digesting than what you’re taking in. There are other foods that are “negative calorie” foods. Look them up.

Choose foods with soluble fiber. Soluble fiber will slow down the digestive system, making you feel fuller longer.

Good luck

Answer #5

-Keep yourself busy -Cut down on tv time (that’s when people snack the most) -Arrange your pantry into snack sizes (dont have a whole bag of chips, break it down into zip lock bags into snack sizes, your less likely to over eat if you dont have the whole bag in front of you -Eat fruits and veggies instead of chips and candy -Go outside more, run, jog, walk, ride a bike, skate, etc.
