how to slim my legs

My biggest problem is my thighs, I don’t even care that much about my stomach anymore. I want to see space between my legs. My stomach is pretty flat, but I don’t know how to excersize to get my thighs slim. Please help!

Try doing lounges….look them up on the internet if your not sure what they are. For a lean muscle, which is what most women want…do more reps/sets less weight. To start off…try not weight at all. I wouldn’t use any higher than 8lbs dumbells…any thats probably too much. You should look up the leg muscles on the internet so you can have a mental picture of what they look like…you’ll get a better workout that way. Then you can search exercises you like that target each muscle. Riding a bike is great for slimming your legs and it will also tone them. Just remember…not too much weight on any exercise..you’ll end up with bulky muscles.
